Join us for an incredibly relaxing, slow paced class. Sink into restorative postures while focusing on stretches that will help support your body, open energetic channels, and melt away tension. The lights will be low. You will be surrounded by the cosmos and candlelight, reflecting a landscape of stardust and space, as you are guided to release worries and open your mind to an infinite freedom of being. Feel free to bring/wear anything that helps you feel cozy, comforted, and supported- yoga props, cushions, socks, blanket, eye covering, etc. This class is perfect for beginners + experienced alike, those wanting a meditative and relaxing release, and those who want to feel a bit of freedom from stress in their body/mind.
