About the Event
Join Kayce Johnson for a free Kundalini Yoga and Meditation celebration to honor the Winter Solstice and the rare meeting of Saturn and Jupiter in Aquarius. This great conjunction is known as the "Christmas Star" and is believed to be the same conjunction that created the Star of Bethlehem that is referenced in the Bible.
We will discuss the significance of the 2 planets, the WInter Solstice, and how to harness these energies. The celebration will be for all-levels. Expect to engage in some lite movement, sound therapy, and meditation.Â
*Note: The dome floor gets cool once the sun goes down in cold temperatures. There is heat but be sure to wear layers and bring a blanket to wrap up in for the rest and sound therapy portion of the class.Â
