Join Kayce Johnson for an intro into tantric numerology and kundalini yoga workshop to embrace and utilize the energy of 2020. This workshop will include a brief explanation over the science and art of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, as well as, cover the numerological energy of 2020. You will learn how to calculate your own personal number for 2020 to help guide your growth through the year. We will also practice a Kundalini Kriya and Meditation to harness the new year energy.
