In this workshop, you will learn how to navigate the 11 moon centers located throughout the female body and the cycles of the moon throughout the month. Knowing how to navigate the moon centers helps us understand our own wildly cyclical shifts of moods. Understanding how to navigate the cycles of the moon throughout the month helps us know how to move forward following the energetic patterns of nature. We will also review practices that can strengthen your connection to your own moon centers, discuss how to heal your moon centers, and deeply increase your intuition.
