As Above So Below : Magic in the Mundane Universal love is found and felt beyond the everyday mind chatter that we experience in our daily lives. To exist within our highest consciousness means we must learn to develop the language of stillness. We all have the birthright to feel, know, and see what lies beyond our mental box and experience the layers of higher dimensions. To truly fly into the highest altitudes and align with our supreme guidance, we must first retreat deep into the ocean of our minds and retrieve the lost and broken pieces of our personal and collective journey. The Karma we carry on our backs goes unnoticed - most of us have not been brought up to review our biggest soul patterns and cycles. This retreat is a 3 day quiet revolution and revival of the many layers of your soul. Our teachers will help you gain inner and outer awareness into the subtle shifts of consciousness through meditation, yoga, and concept study.

To bring our bodies into the highest alignment with mind and spirit we will also have a master chef trained in the art of vegan cuisine on board for this fall retreat.

More details about the schedule:

The day will start at 9:00am with a very gentle yoga class with Kayce Johnson that includes: light stretching, breath work, and a Kundalini Meditation that includes mudras (hand postures) and mantra (sacred sound).

(We will do our best to make this class accessible to all. The postures will be gentle and slow. We will help you modify and you never have to do a pose or breath exercise that doesn't feel comfortable for your body). These exercises are intended to help open up the energetic centers in the body in order to deepen the spiritual work you will do throughout the day. After the yoga class, there will be a brief workshop each day that we are calling Skin Magic. We will discuss daily rituals to enhance your connection to health and beauty. We will discuss how to use all-natural methods (essential oils, mantra, massage, face yoga) that can help keep you feeling your best and will tune you to help receive self-love through honoring the temple that houses our soul.

11-1:00pm We will break for lunch. We are excited to have Chef Alicia Watson available to prepare organic, plant-based meals. You are welcome to enjoy one of her fabulous meals, bring your own lunch, or there are a few different options in town (about 10 minutes away).

1-5:00pm Concept Study with Bonni McCliss and Karla Shepard

You will learn and review techniques to connect you to your highest consciousness and enrich your daily life. You will learn how to see the magic in everyday, release karmic and habitual blocks that prevent you from staying in touch with your highest self, and find ways to experience the life your soul was meant to live.

5-7:00pm "Fine Dining in the Dome" A plant-based, gourmet meal with Chef Alicia Watson and The Legend of Greater Things team*

*Lunch and dinner at the dome is an additional fee. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or drive into town to eat.

7-7:45pm Closing Sound Bath and/or Guided Meditation with The Legend of Greater Things team
