HIGH YIN: ANCIENT YOGIC PRACTICES FOR THE FEMININE

A deeply healing class for the feminine (and this month’s falls on the full moon). You will develop tools to help support your body while deepening your connection to the divine feminine. We will practice moon salutations  and gentle but powerful stretches that pull you into the depth of release. In this way, stress and trauma get transformed and the nervous system is rebalanced. The class will also include a guided meditation and sound immersion.

This class is all-levels. Feel free to wear layers and comfortable clothes that you can both move and relax in. Bring any props that could help you feel comfortable- bolster, blanket, pillow, blocks, etc.
