High Yin: Ancient Yogic Practices for the Feminine

A deeply healing class for the women. You will develop tools to help support a woman’s body while deepening your connection to the divine feminine. We will practice moon salutations and gentle but powerful stretches that pull you into the depth of release. In this way, stress and trauma get transformed and the nervous system is rebalanced. This class will also include a guided meditation and sound immersion. You will learn how to get out of the flight/fight/freeze response and step into a relaxed, confident power.
