About the event
Join us for a guided meditation and sound immersion in a beautiful forest, under the stars. We will set up under the night sky on the large deck in front of the dome, illuminated by star and candle light. You will be guided into deep rest and rejuvenated by the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, yoga chimes, and the sounds of the forest.
Feel free to bring anything to help you relax and be comfortable laying for long periods of time- bolster, pillow, blanket, etc.
