About the event
A workshop to honor the spiritual significance of Halloween and the deep emotional pull of the moon. Through the use of Kundalini yoga techniques, yogic and Tibetan philosophies, and the psychology of fear, we will take time to explore what lurks in the shadows of our mind. We will cover how fear drives us, how to release negative attachments, embrace the polarities of existence, and learn how to not lose sight of the light in the darkest of times.
