Join Bonni McCliss for a discussion on becoming more conscious in dream/altered states. Learn techniques to expand and deepen your awareness of possible realities. Through lucid dreaming, you can open doorways to worlds beyond your imagination.

Join Kayce Johnson for practices that will help relax the physical body and prepare for sleep while creating space for energy to flow. You will learn energetic techniques to expand your capacity to go into deeper transcendental states using very easy movements, acupressure, and breath techniques.
