Join us for an incredibly relaxing, slow paced class. Sink into restorative postures while focusing on stretches that will help support your body, open energetic channels, and melt away tension. The lights will be low. You will be surrounded by the cosmos and candlelight, reflecting a landscape of stardust and space, as you are guided to release worries and open your mind to an infinite freedom of being. The class will end with a guided meditation and sound immersion using crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, and crystal pyramids.

Feel free to bring/wear anything that helps you feel cozy, comforted, and supported- yoga props, cushions, socks, blanket, eye covering, etc.
